FAQ

Studio Hours

Hours are determined by appointments and scheduled classes.

First Studio Visit

Start by arriving 10 minutes before your appointment to fill out our physical history and waiver forms.

How often do I need to do Pilates to see results?

Practicing Pilates 2-3 times a week will give you the best results. Nothing changes your body quicker than private sessions. We recommend a mixed program of private sessions and classes.

First Visit What to Wear

Start by arriving 10 minutes before your appointment to fill out our physical history and waiver forms.

What to Wear

Exercise clothing that’s comfortable fitted. We recommend grippy socks but Pilates is often done with clean bare feet.

We request that you use socks and for your safety we prefer the grippy socks.

What to Bring

Just yourself! We provide the equipment and props.

Caring for Injuries

Pilates has proven to be a rehabilitative strength program to follow your injury treatment. Many physical therapists have sent their patients to continue healing with us. Please come to Pilates after your doctor’s advice to start exercise again. We are not the first stage of injury recovery. We like to say that we’re the rest of the story. Our instructors know how to build a Pilates program with modifications that will support your continuing stages of injury recovery.

Please let your instructor know if you have a new injury or discomforts from an old injury. This will allow us to make your Pilates a successful experience.

Parking

We have ample free parking. More spaces available behind the building.

Class Requests

Please let us know if you’d like a class that can’t be found on our schedule. Email us at info@centerstreampilates.com. We’ll do our best to offer it!
