Class Levels

Start here if you are new to Pilates. Learn how to make smart choices that take into account your injuries and physical condition. This is where we build the basic skills that make Pilates truly effective on both the mat and the equipment.
Core Basic skills are clearly set-up and designed to connect in a flowing pace. Here is where you begin to merge your breath with graceful movement.
Experienced with some basic Pilates, you’re ready to be appropriately challenged and try new exercises. The pace increases along with the ability to maintain quality form with flow. This is where you refine skills for the Intermediate exercises.
As an Intermediate mover, you know your way around the equipment and you’re ready to move in a quicker rhythmic pace. Your breath is in sync with the movement so you can enjoy the finer details that deepen your Pilates experience.
Gain the skills to prepare for the Advanced exercises. Most of the class will be a challenging Intermediate flow but you’ll also get moments to focus on a new advanced skill or exercise.
Get ready for an athletic class! At this level you have a clear understanding of the Pilates principles and Intermediate exercises.
